Cinéma Le Méliès – Le FOIRAIL
SECOND OCCASION AT THE FOIRAIL
In 2024, Rock This Town will be organised for the second time in the new space of the Le Méliès cinema located in the town centre, on the Place du Foirail.
Pau’s art house cinema has moved from its historic building to a brand new one inaugurated in October 2022. Located in the centre of the square, surrounded by restaurants and shops, the cinema and its three new 300, 120 and 80 seat rooms share the space with the live performance venue and its 580 seats room. A space dedicated to culture, at the crossroads of artistic forms, a space for living and wandering, enlivened by the Café du Méliès and its selection of local and artisanal products.
A place for sharing and meeting which gives the Méliès the possibility to defend different works in all their diversity, to open its doors to all audiences, and develop an attractive animation policy (quizzes, blind tests, tastings, conferences…)
